As part of the week in Haute Couture Paris , in July , was the site of the exhibition "Paradox".
The particularity of this event was out of context to create a classic parade dreamlike installation.
Blend of visual art, body sculpture made of painted and photographic works of Sophie Badens, highlighted, such as embroidery alive.
On tone shades of gold , silver , red and blue-black, lace and paint will be covered with rhinestones , crystals , minerals , gold leaves or silver, to go through a sensory experience.
This art is not for Laura Kczekotowska a chance, but obvious.
Baroque atmosphere and art direction, make the appropriate place for this exhibition.

par Laure Kczekotowska, mercredi 31 août 2011, 13:40
After studying communications and photography followed by work experience in fashion, media and advertising.
Badens Sophie turns to a research on the artistic forms of intimacy.
After several initial trials and achievements, the choice of a specific support (the draw transparent plexiglas) imposed on it as the technique to provide greater strength to the images, by amplifying the sensations and the fleeting nature of emotions.
Very inspired by the work of Diane Arbus, or Nan Goldin, but also in painting and film, however , Sophie Badens away from photographic realism to seek to achieve a kind of movement within the image, the time emotion, fleeting moments that we would like to extend a perception of our unconscious.
Sophie Badens for his work is represented by Galerie Adler, rue du Fg Saint Honoré, Paris 75008.
